"I love having Playa Bowls so close..."
I love having Playa Bowls so close because it’s one of those places I can just stop at after running errands, or whenever I’m nearby and craving something quick. And the parking was totally fine too, which I always notice because if parking is annoying I’ll usually skip a place. Super convenient overall, and it just makes grabbing a bowl way easier.

"Good packaging, but it took some work to get into"
My order from playabowls.com showed up packed really well. Nothing was leaking, nothing got smashed, and everything still seemed fresh, which I definitely appreciated. The box looked neat too. My only complaint is that it took more effort than I expected to unpack everything because it was packed so securely. Still, the packaging was better than I thought it would be

"Pretty solid, but why not a little more fruit?"
Ordered from Playa Bowls the portion was good for the price. Like, was it massive? No. But it was filling enough for lunch, so I can’t really complain too much. The toppings were decent too, not one of those sad sprinkle situations where you’re digging around wondering where everything went. My only little mini-rant is that I wish they’d add just a bit more fruit. Like come on, it’s a bowl, let the fruit shine a little. But overall, it was good and I’d order again.

"Parking was easier than I thought"
I found a spot quickly nearby, which was a nice surprise. It wasn’t perfect, and I’m not sure it would be this easy every time, but it was definitely way less of a hassle than I expected.

"quick and easy pickup"
ordered ahead and it was ready way faster than I thought it would be. the staff kept the line moving too, so I wasn’t just standing around waiting. really appreciated how smooth the whole thing was.

I had a bunch of questions and was kind of expecting to get vague answers, but nope, total switch-up. They answered me fast and actually knew what they were talking about. Having stuff explained clearly without the runaround was awesome

"Really good, just a little light on one topping"
I stopped by Playa Bowls last week, or maybe it was the week before... I can’t remember exactly, but I do remember it being really good. The fruit tasted fresh and the acai had a nice flavor without being too sweet, which I liked. The only reason I’d probably give it 4 stars is that one of the toppings was a little lighter than I expected. Still, it’s a solid spot when you want something cold, fresh, and tasty.

"Tasty and fresh, but a little small"
I thought it tasted really good and fresh, but personally, I was expecting a bit more for the portion size. It’s not bad at all, I just don’t think it was the best value for me...

"I really like that they actually show..."
I really like that they actually show the calories and ingredients clearly. It makes it wayyy easier to choose a bowl that fits my diet without having to guess. i reaaally appreciate that.

"Clean spot, nice to eat at"
The store was really clean, like you could tell they keep up with it. Nothing felt gross or messy, so yeah, it just made eating there feel nice.

"Super easy online ordering"
I ordered online and, it went pretty much how I expected it should—quick checkout, no hassle, and my bowl was ready when I got there. I always assume online ordering might take a minute, but this was really smooth

"Problem got fixed, so that was good"
I had a little issue with my order and was a bit annoyed in the beginning. Support did get back to me though and they fixed the thing, which I appreciated. It took longer than I was hoping for, not super long but still, but in the end it was handled. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Nice vibe, but a bit crowded"
The store had a bright, relaxed feel and the music was at a good volume, not too loud. It did get a little packed around the counter, which made it feel kind of hectic for a bit, but overall it was still a nice spot. Prices felt a little high for what it is, so I’d probably come back when I’m not trying to be too careful with spending.

"Pretty good, just a little confusing with allergies"
I have a peanut allergy, so I was kind of nervous ordering from Playa Bowls. I wasn’t totally sure what was safe at first, and the menu/toppings setup had me a little confused, but the staff was nice and checked the ingredients for me without making it awkward.
I’m giving 4 stars because with all the toppings around, cross contact still seems like it could happen. But they did seem careful, and I ended up feeling okay eating there.

"Everything Came Out Right"
My order was pretty much exactly how I wanted it. Nothing seemed to be missing or swapped around, and the bowl had all the add-ons I picked. It matched the receipt too, which makes a difference. Simple experience, but a good one. I’d probably order again.

"Plenty of seats, which I always appreciate"
When we stopped by, there were actually plenty of open seats, and that was the first thing I noticed. I tend to pay attention to little patterns like that because some places always seem packed with nowhere to sit. Here, we didn’t have to awkwardly stand around holding our bowls, which made the whole visit feel way easier. The tables were clean enough, and we could just sit down, eat, and relax for a bit. Small detail, but it really did make the experience better.

"Plenty of Options"
I like that the menu has so many choices. I’m usually a bit careful about going somewhere too often because I get tired of the same stuff fast, but here there’s enough variety that it doesn’t really get boring.

I really liked being able to choose my own toppings. It made the whole thing feel more practical because I could skip what I don’t like and add exactly what I wanted. Super easy and convenient
